Our Story
My story began two decades ago when I started running personal development training and mentoring programs for students and young adults within Australia’s multicultural community.
Having worked in the corporate sector and in different leadership roles, I have been blessed to have gone through professional leadership and communications skills development.
That commitment has only deepened over the years. Since then, I have partnered with many businesses, schools and community organisations to guide hundreds of individuals — from students to senior professionals — through personal growth and leadership development.
The impact reaches well beyond the workplace. Many of the people we've worked with have gone on to build successful careers, including in law, engineering and medicine, and many others have started and are still running successful businesses.

Our Founder - Coach Abdul

Abdul is a leadership coach, consultant and project management professional with over 15 years' experience in strategic management, digital transformation and team leadership.
His areas of specialisation include project management, change management, leadership coaching and corporate training.
Abdul helps organisations navigate complex transformation programs and helps teams develop a high-performing culture.
His experience spans Retail Pharmacy, Finance, Government, Not-For-Profit and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Across each, his focus has been the same: translating strategic goals into sustainable change.
Abdul holds certifications in Change Management (CMP®), Project Management (PMP® & PSM®), and Service Management (ITSM®).
Abdul is committed to helping leaders and teams reach their full potential — building capability that lasts well beyond any single engagement.
